Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
quality assurance
policies and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Monitor and evaluate the performance of
quality control
systems and processes. Lead and manage a team of QA / QC professionals, providing guidance, training, and support. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards. Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformities in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to improve product design, manufacturing processes, and overall quality. Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to
senior management
. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in the flexible packaging industry. Proven experience in a QA / QC
leadership
role within the packaging industry. In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
. Excellent
leadership
and team management abilities.
Effective communication
and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
