Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading flavor and fragrance company in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Compliance Data Specialist to join their team! This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company committed to quality and compliance within a dynamic and growing industry.
Compliance Data Specialist
Job Summary
Pay: $18 – $22+ per hour, based on experience
Shift Available: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Manage regulatory data entry, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Handle requests from customers and internal departments, providing timely and accurate information.
Assist in processing forms, running reports, and maintaining documentation.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.
Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety regulations.
Utilize strong mathematical and Excel skills to analyze and report data.
Stay up-to-date with FDA compliance and other relevant regulations.
Ensure all regulatory data aligns with FDA guidelines and standards, particularly those related to food safety, labeling, and product quality.
Use FDA terminology and language accurately in documentation and communication to maintain compliance with regulations.
Assist in preparing documentation for FDA audits and inspections, ensuring all products meet required safety and quality standards.
Stay informed on updates to FDA regulations and apply them as needed to ensure ongoing compliance.
Communicate FDA compliance status to customers and internal teams, ensuring product safety and regulatory adherence.
Compliance Data Specialist Qualifications
Background in regulatory manufacturing, preferably in the flavor and fragrance industry.
Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge or understanding of FDA compliance.
Previous experience in a similar role within the flavor and fragrance industry.
