Position: COMPLIANCE MONITORING AUDITOR
Compliance Monitoring Auditor is reporting to the Bulgaria Air Compliance Monitoring and is responsible for monitoring all aspects of Bulgaria Air activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FUNCTION
Prepare and execute audits
Monitor subcontracted activities
Prepare and execute contracted supplier audits
Contribute to the development of the compliance monitoring audit plan
Identify, record, and report any non-compliances
Facilitate root cause analysis and risk assessment related to the identified non-conformities
Monitor timely closure of corrective and preventive actions generated by audits and inspections
Verify corrective and preventive actions
Remain independent in all circumstances
Reports directly to the Compliance Monitoring Manager
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work to deadlines, and pay attention to details.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Analytical thinker and observer with the ability to critically assess requirements and identify possible non-compliances.
Strong ability to work flexibly – managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues.
Able to challenge and influence others, including more senior colleagues and stakeholders, to ensure that the right outcomes are achieved.
Strong ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to work collaboratively to improve the safety and compliance management system.
Proven ability to systematically analyze information and to objectively present non-compliances with regulation and requirements.
Ability to build processes and procedures
Previous auditing experience is an advantage
Ability to travel
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
General understanding of aviation safety and compliance management systems
Minimum of 3 years of aviation experience
Aviation regulations knowledge (Continuing Airworthiness)
