As an international fintech company, ibsettle devotes itself to developing efficient transactional banking services for innovative small and medium-sized businesses. Currently, ibsettle is expanding its team in Vilnius.
Join our growing compliance function as a Compliance Quality Assurance Specialist and become a trusted partner in improving processes, strengthening internal controls, and driving quality across the entire company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance reviews of AML/KYC processes and gradually expand QA activities across operations, business, finance and product
- Evaluate compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Document findings and provide constructive feedback
- Identify recurring issues and perform root cause analysis
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions and validate their effectiveness
- Prepare QA reports and quality metrics
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Company’s Quality Assurance framework
- Help develop QA methodologies, review standards and evaluation criteria
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, AML/CFT, Compliance or a similar role
- Good understanding of AML/KYC principles and customer due diligence
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose practical improvements
- Confidence to ask challenging questions and constructively challenge existing processes
- Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across different teams
- A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership

The monthly salary range for this position starts at EUR 2360 (gross). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
