Responsibilities
Responsible for all quality checks
Verify cars are cleaned properly
Review RO’s to understand the customer’s concern, cause of failure, and verify if the repair has rectified the concern by conduction a test drive
Check all fluid levels and tire pressures
Perform extended or multiple test drives upon managements request
Review RO’s and verify tech stories align with manufacturer’s requirements such as noting the cause of failure, an RVC was generated, workflow was finished, verify DW punch times for any unassigned repair operation, and ensure sublets/invoices/PO’s are billed out and attached to the repair order
Create goodwill cases, gathering parts and labor at appropriate goodwill pricing, add goodwill and customer pay splits on repairs
Valet and shuttle driver
Qualifications
Basic automotive technical skills
Good computer skills
