About the Role
As a Configuration & Enablement Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring our customers maximize the value of Sprinklr’s platform. Sitting at the intersection of Customer Success, Support, Engineering, and Services, this role offers immense growth potential within our Client Delight Organization.
You will work closely with customers across industries, providing real-time assistance, implementing best practices, and driving platform adoption. Your expertise in configuration, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration will directly impact customer success and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Provide real-time end-user assistance and execute platform changes based on customer requests.
Configure Sprinklr’s platform to align with best practices and client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product Support, Quality Assurance, and Product Management) to resolve issues and enhance the product experience.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and documentation to enable efficient issue resolution.
Analyze support processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance customer experience and optimize operations.
Identify, configure, and deploy Tactical Use Cases (TUCs) to meet business objectives.
Support the Project Manager in defining the project scope and ensuring all high-level requirements are captured in the business case.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Communications, or a related field from a reputable university.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), enterprise software, and social media ecosystems.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Technical proficiency in MongoDB is a plus.
Experience in Project Management is an added advantage.
Prior experience in client-facing roles is required.
