Quality Engineer Manufacturing Environment

Developing and implementing quality standards.
Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes: ABYC, NMMA, and USCG standards
Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
Developing and implementing quality control systems.
Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
Find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes.
Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services.
Data analysis and visualization, completing timely deliverables, result reporting.

Summary

As a Quality Engineer, you will be integral to ensuring product excellence within our manufacturing processes. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will utilize your core skills in manufacturing and process engineering to identify and implement quality improvements. Your premium skills in root cause analysis and AutoCAD will aid in troubleshooting and enhancing production efficiency. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)
Strong understanding of manufacturing and process engineering principles
Proficiency in Lean manufacturing techniques
Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Familiarity with project scheduling and root cause analysis
Knowledge of robotics, CNC programming, and welding processes
Mechanical knowledge and experience in a manufacturing facility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
