Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician with experience in home health care. This role involves reviewing clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
Review patient charts and documentation for completeness and accuracy
Ensure all documentation meets Medicare/Medicaid and home health regulations
Provide feedback to staff on documentation issues
Assist with audits and compliance reviews
Stay up to date on industry regulations and standards
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in home health QA or related field
Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience with electronic health record systems
Ability to work independently
