Job Description
We are currently seeking a Quality Control Manager to support a high-profile, secure federal project at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota. The Quality Control Manager plays a key role in ensuring that both the design and construction work meet the project’s standards. They review, inspect, and document daily tasks to ensure compliance with the project’s minimum requirements. The QC Manager reports directly to the Superintendent to maintain alignment between quality, safety, scheduling, and productivity goals.
The initial project duration is 16-18 months with a strong likelihood of follow-up work at Minot or transfer to other federal projects in Cheyenne, Colorado Springs, or Texas. The project includes infrastructure, helipads, firing ranges, and maintenance facilities.

Responsibilities
Work closely with project personnel to understand quality requirements for each feature of work
Communicate standards of care to team members
Review submittals for conformance with drawings, specifications, and change directives
Provide written QC reports and address non-conformances
Verify and document received materials for conformance and proper handling
Document inspections, code compliance, and testing processes
Maintain ‘as-built’ drawings and coordinate safety and quality issues
Participate in project meetings
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a QCM on Federal US Army Corps projects
At least 2 years of vertical construction experience on relevant projects
Projects worth $50M+ (ideally $100M+)
Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is a plus
Pay And Benefits
The pay range is $100,000 – $135,000 per year. Benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance, disability, EAP, vacation, sick leave, and 401K with company matching.
