Construction Quality Control Manager – Construction (Charleston, SC)
Base Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 with 0-20% Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to ensure the highest standards of quality across active construction projects. This role is primarily field-based (80% in the field, 20% in office) and is ideal for an experienced construction professional who excels at quality assurance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality control programs for ground-up construction projects.
- Perform regular site inspections, audits, and quality reviews throughout all phases of construction.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain detailed quality documentation, reports, and compliance records.
- Ensure projects meet or exceed contract specifications, codes, and client expectations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in construction quality control or related roles.
- Strong background in commercial or healthcare construction projects preferred.
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in the field.
- Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., QC, OSHA) are a plus.
