This role is all about elevating our live resin and live rosin line to top-shelf excellence. Think of it as terp stewardship with a creative twist. You’ll be the gatekeeper of flavor, consistency, and quality, and the bridge between growers, extractors, and our flavor-forward brand vision.

Your Mission
Challenge Growers & Extractors: Push your partners to go harder on flavor expression, consistency, and innovation. Be the voice that says “good” isn’t good enough.
Consistency is King: Ensure every batch matches the last. If it doesn’t, fix it, or elevate it.
Pronoia-fy It: Go beyond quality control, infuse each release with a touch of turn, our house flavor POV, our brand soul.
Document + Dial In: Keep detailed notes and sensory reports, provide feedback loops to growers and internal R&D.
Collaborate: Work closely with terpene formulators, product leads, and operations to lock in both product excellence and cultural impact.
Who You Are
You live and breathe live resin and rosin.
You’ve worked in concentrates, extraction, cultivation, or QA/QC in a cannabis setting.
You’ve got the palate and vocabulary to explain what makes a sauce great, a rosin buttery, or a batch mid.
You have no problem telling a grower their batch needs work, politely, but firmly.
You’re passionate about quality, flavor fidelity, and the story behind each jar.
You believe craft and consistency can co-exist.
Bonus If…
You’ve run in-house testing or internal sensory panels.
You’ve worked in a lab or post-processing environment.
You’re familiar with COAs, compliance, and how to speak both grower and marketing.
