-Must have experience managing commercial construction projects and subcontractors.
-Managing day-to-day field activities to ensure project milestone dates and schedule completion dates are met.
-Ensuring all safety requirements are met throughout the duration of the job.
-Verifying that all work is installed in a workmanlike manner (i.e. plumb, level, etc.)
-Managing and looking ahead to proactively schedule, identify issues, and facilitate solutions.
-Ensuring job is being completed per plans and specs.
-Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain base access.
-OSHA 30 and CQM Course required. CPR/First Aid/Bloodborne Pathogen Preferred.
