Agay Barho is seeking a detail-oriented Content Quality Assurance Specialist to join the team remotely, working full-time from 9 AM to 6 PM EST. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality across all client-facing digital marketing deliverables. The specialist meticulously reviews and audits content including ad creatives, landing pages, websites, SEO outputs, social media posts, and email campaigns to guarantee consistency, correctness, and alignment with brand standards.
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in quality assurance, proofreading, or digital marketing quality control, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. This position requires a self-motivated professional capable of efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote work environment. The Content Quality Assurance Specialist collaborates closely with account managers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to maintain workflow integrity and continuously improve QA processes and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Review and perform detailed quality checks on all digital marketing deliverables prior to client release.
- Audit ad creatives, landing pages, websites, SEO deliverables, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing reports for accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and correct formatting, spelling, design, tracking, and setup errors across all content.
- Ensure that all deliverables align precisely with brand standards and client expectations to maintain high-quality output.
- Coordinate effectively with account managers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive tracking of QA feedback and approvals within project management systems such as ClickUp.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal quality assurance processes and documentation standards to optimize operational efficiency.
- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adhering to deadlines.
- Utilize relevant tools such as Google Workspace and WordPress to support quality assurance activities.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and independence while working remotely in a collaborative and fast-paced agency environment.
- Ensure consistent communication and collaboration with other departments to promptly address any quality-related issues.
