Drive the creation of a cutting-edge automated process that validates content accuracy against original sources (documents/websites). Deliver periodic performance reports, uncover trends, and implement action plans to elevate quality standards. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure transparency, innovation, and measurable impact.

Content Expertise: Warrants

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Design & Implement Quality Frameworks Build and evolve a back-to-source quality check process from manual sampling to full automation. Deliver monthly performance reports until automation is live.

Ensure Representative Sampling

Apply stratified sampling techniques to accurately reflect diverse content datasets.

Innovate with AI & Automation

Partner with external vendors to develop an LLM-based tool for source validation. Collaborate with development teams to deploy analytics solutions.

Analyze, Improve & Identify patterns and trends in accuracy data, and work with content teams to close quality gaps.

Cross-Functional Collaboration, engage with business, content, and product teams to solve large-scale analytics challenges.

Prototype & Visualize, build POCs, dashboards, and pipeline tools to support product design and decision-making.

Client Engagement, maintain ongoing communication with key clients, showcase improvements, and integrate feedback into quality processes.

Knowledge & Skills:

Expertise in Future and Options Content

Strong grasp of algorithms, model building, and evaluation.

Proficiency in Python or R (or equivalent).

Skilled in data transformation and preparation for model training.

Ability to manage and analyze large datasets.

Storytelling through data visualization for technical and non-technical audiences.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Having 2 years of experience in the current role is preferred.
