Role Summary
Our client seeks a Contingent Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) associate to join their rapidly growing team. The QC/QA Associate operates at one of our distribution facilities and ensures the quality of products received, prior to those items being picked/packed and shipped. If you have an eye for detail and appreciate ensuring quality goods are ready for delivery to expectant customers, this is the role for you.
Key Results Area
Ensure incoming Inventory meets quality requirements and is appropriate for delivery to the customer.
Follows QC/QA protocols and ensures inspected product is properly routed.
Responsible for adhering to and maintaining a standardized format and process for documenting the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI) and ensuring that the associated document approval and control measures are being followed per the regulatory standards.
Communicates with leadership regarding the status of the Quality Management System, such as corrective actions, process updates, risk analysis, improvement initiatives, licensing, and other relevant information.
All other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of QC/QA experience.
Experience using Inventory Management Technology.
Experience with quality policies and metrics.
