Continuous Improvement Specialist (Finance)
Annual Salary:
$48,000 – $70,000, based on experience
Work Hours: Day shift with touch points across a 24/7 operation
Location: 1005 Commercial Drive, Owensville, MO 65066
As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will:
Gather, analyze and interpret data through inspection and evaluation of current processes.
Prepare reports, charts, tables and other visual aids to summarize operations and highlight findings. Analyze trends or variations to define the problems.
Review standards and process document changes, additions and deletions following the Document and Data Control Standard Practice.
Identify current procedural documents, obsolete documentation and practices not documented. Assign re-write to documents as appropriate.
Maintain all documentation needed to satisfy ISO standards including quality records, training records, non-conformance/corrective action records and internal audit records.
Monitor compliance to Non-conformance and Corrective Action Standard Practice to ensure effectiveness of process.
Assist in planning and preparing quality, ISO, procedural and process training by coordinating or performing training with appropriate parties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related to functional work or a role with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new specialized software
Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Document Control Procedures
