Contract Logistics Quality Manager Jobs in Durham, NC at Kuehne+Nagel
Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
Collect and compile statistical quality data
Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks
Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
Giving breaks to tote fillers
Learning about the production process
Carry out regrind activities
Staging and putting products away to warehouse
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Any other duties assigned

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
