El Inspector de Control de Calidad será responsable de monitorear los procesos de producción, realizar inspecciones de productos y verificar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad alimentaria, higiene y calidad establecidas por la empresa y las regulaciones del sector.

Responsibilities
Realizar inspecciones visuales y fÃsicas de productos durante y después del proceso de producción
Verificar el cumplimiento de normas HACCP, GMP y otras regulaciones de seguridad alimentaria
Documentar hallazgos, registrar datos de control y generar informes de calidad
Trabajar en conjunto con los supervisores de producción para corregir desviaciones o problemas de calidad
Asegurar que las instalaciones cumplan con las normas de limpieza y desinfección
Participar en auditorÃas internas y externas cuando sea requerido
