Job Purpose:
Developing the Stress Testing Methodologies and ICAAP (Credit risk) & SAMA reporting in accordance with the regulatory guidelines.
Areas of Responsibility:
â–ª Develop Stress Testing, ICAAP and Basel regulatory reports keeping in view the best international practices
â–ª Ensure supervision and timely submission of various Basel, Stress Testing and ICAAP reports to the regulator relating to Credit risk
â–ª Keeps abreast of all changes in the regulatory requirements, e.g. Basel, Stress Testing ensuring compliance of all Corporate credit risk policies and procedures.
â–ª Supervises the preparation of all Departmental and Regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory/audit observations in line with the BASEL and regulatory guidelines to avoid any regulatory non-compliances.
▪ Development of advanced analytical tools/techniques and insights for Bank’s Senior Management for Stress Testing and Basel.
â–ª Represents the Department in various meeting with third party quality assurance for ICAAP, Stress Testing and SAMA.
Minimum Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration, at a postgraduate level qualification, e.g. MBA
â–ª International certificate relevant to Risk management, such as CIRM, CRCM, ICM or CFA, CPA is desirable
Minimum Experience:
â–ª 6-8 years of relevant experience in the areas of corporate credit risk management and/or corporate banking and/or risk management.
â–ª Relevant experience in the areas of Stress Testing, ICAAP and preparation of regulatory reports meeting regulatory compliances
Language:
â–ª English: Advanced
