Eskayvie Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sustainability Executive to lead the execution and continuous improvement of our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.

This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, strengthening internal processes, and supporting the organisation’s long-term sustainability goals while enhancing brand integrity.

What You’ll Do:

1. ISO 9001:2015 & Compliance

  • Support implementation and maintenance of QMS & SIRIM 5S
  • Act as Document Control Coordinator (DCC)
  • Ensure document accuracy, accessibility, and compliance

2. Documentation & Record Control

  • Manage document lifecycle (review, approval, revision)
  • Maintain records to ensure system effectiveness
  • Control external and obsolete documents

3. Audit & Review

  • Assist in internal audits, reporting, and corrective actions
  • Support Management Review Meetings and audit preparation

4. Process Improvement

  • Review and improve internal processes
  • Assist in SOP development and quality initiatives

5. ESG & Sustainability

  • Monitor ESG metrics (e.g. energy use, carbon footprint)
  • Support ESG reporting and compliance
  • Execute sustainability initiatives (e.g. recycling, awareness campaigns)

6. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
  • Support ESG partnerships and certification processes

7. Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain audit records and documentation
  • Track action plans, timelines, and progress updates

8. Leadership & Projects

  • Lead or support ESG/ISO-related initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement and sustainability culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in ISO, ESG, SOP development, or operational excellence is an advantage
