Summary
Join our team as a Quality Assurance Inspector, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our metrology services. This position is ideal for those with experience in CMM operation, blueprint reading, and multitasking. You’ll be working with state-of-the-art ZEISS equipment, performing calibration management and contributing directly to the success of our projects. On-the-job training will be provided to help you further develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities
•Read and interpret blueprints to guide inspection activities.
•Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using ZEISS CALYPSO software.
•Perform inspections using a variety of metrology equipment, including O-Inspect and GOM Scan 1.
•Manage the calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment to ensure optimal performance.
•Maintain and troubleshoot CMM equipment as needed.
•Collaborate with the quality team to ensure all inspection activities are aligned with project goals.
Preferred Requirements
•Proficiency in blueprint reading.
•Experience in a manufacturing environment, experience as a Quality inspector is preferred.
•Experience with CMM operation and a basic understanding of metrology principles.
•Familiarity with ZEISS CALYPSO software is a plus.
•Attention to detail and ability to follow measurement plans precisely.
•Calibration management.
•Strong communication skills for reporting results and collaborating with team members.
•Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
