Overview
CQA – Vendor Qualification Jobs in Bangalore, Karnataka, India at MSN Laboratories
Review and approval of Supplier Qualification documents (NSQR, VQ Documents, etc.,) of Raw material / Packing material manufacturers, external service providers.
Responsible for preparing and distributing corporate approved supplier lists, New product tentative approved supplier lists and Tentative approved supplier lists to all SQAs.
Provide support to site QA for regulatory audits &, Customer audits
Review of vendor notifications and coordinate with RA & SCM for further requirements.
Review of delist declarations from SCM & coordinate with RA & Site QA teams for further deletion of manufacturers.
Maintain the tracking system for periodical documents and coordinate with SCM to get the periodical documents as per SOP timelines and further review.
Ensuring the vendors
regulatory compliance
and evaluation of the vendors in case of regulatory audit failures.
Performing an assessment for the introduction of new suppliers and co-ordination of the activities.
Making sure that Change controls are raised wherever necessary and Impact assessment evaluation and approved by concerned Departments, Head-CQA and maintenance of Change control log books and review histories for all documents. Draft circulation to the respective sites and obtaining comments from the concerned
Review of site transfer change controls and further evaluation to extend the ASLs to transferee sites.
Work to bring harmonization of the suppliers for the entire API division in Co-ordination with SCM & SQAs
Responsible for conducting training for employees on SOP and other Quality systems as and when required.
Responsible for Monitoring the implementation of the Established procedures across the sites.
Responsible for Document control activities and Document distribution to the user departments.
Issuance, Archiving and Retrieval of all GMP documents and retaining the documents asper the requirements.
Issuing of registers for all applicable departments maintaining of records for the
reconciliation.
