Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Siebel CRM QA Engineer for a leading company in the Shfela region.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring product quality within the CRM system.
Executing end-to-end (E2E) tests for business and digital processes, including regression, integration, and interface testing.
Working with CRM, Siebel, SQL, REST, SOAP, Batch processes, Postman, Datadog, and Azure DevOps.
Collaborating closely with system analysts, developers, integration teams, infrastructure, information security, and business stakeholders in a multi-interface environment.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in software testing within core/enterprise systems with multiple integrations.
Experience in integration and interface testing (REST / SOAP / Batch).
Ability to write test scenarios, provide thorough documentation, and analyze issues.
Familiarity with Siebel CRM and core entities.
Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex database testing.
