We are seeking a highly skilled CSV Writer to join our team for an exciting 5-week project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in writing validation documentation in regulated industries. You will be responsible for ensuring that all systems and processes comply with critical regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain validation documentation for IT systems in compliance with industry regulations.
Draft and manage validation plans, IQ/OQ/PQ test protocols, traceability matrices, and final reports.
Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards such as GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Engineering, IT) to execute effective validation strategies.
Actively participate in audits and reviews to ensure full adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience in writing validation documentation within regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, healthcare, biotechnology, etc.).
Strong knowledge of compliance standards and validation frameworks, including GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear, precise, and accurate documentation.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
Experience in client interaction and providing expert advice.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
