Customer Info Quality Assurance Coordinator Jobs in Durham, NC at GoTriangle
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:Inspect, test, sort, and sample raw material or processed, machined, and fabricated parts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts and records inspection data.
Identifies and routes defective products for rework or scrap as outlined in procedures.
Reviews work instructions to determine inspection criteria.
Compiles data and reports of inspections. (Example: sort log)
Detects and reports defective components or questionable conditions to other Quality personnel.
Maintains a clean and orderly work area and follows prescribed safety regulations.
Perform duties in a safe manner with attention to safety and productivity of all associates.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED required
Prior experience in manufacturing environment preferred
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of inspection and quality measurement devices, including micrometers, calipers, height gauge.
Some blueprint reading knowledge preferred.
Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required while performing duties in production areas.
Maintain organized schedules and filing
Some computer literacy and data entry knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
