该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: Responsible for the establishment of smooth customer quality service communication channels, timely delivery of customer quality information and transfer to the internal. 负责建立畅通的客户质量服务沟通渠道,及时传递客户质量信息并传递给内部。 Responsible for customer complaint handling: receive customer complaints, lead internal functional team to handle complaints according to 8D process or customer required process/method, analyze and take actions. 负责客户投诉处理:接收客户投诉,带领内部职能团队根据8D流程或客户要求的流程/方法处理投诉,进行分析并采取行动。跟踪行动有效性并向客户报告; Responsible for customer returned parts inspection/scrap/rework/repair and account handling. 负责客户退货零件检查/报废/返工/修理及账务处理; Responsible for after-sales service parts analysis/improvement and statistics. 负责进行售后服务零件分析/改进和统计; Responsible for customer complaints, delivery PPM and other KPI statistics. 负责客户投诉、交付PPM和其他KPI统计; Responsible for the collection, summary and report preparation of regional weekly/monthly/annual report complaint information. 负责区域周报/月报/年报投诉信息的收集、汇总和报告编制; Responsible for checking staff work arrangement/skill training/ability improvement. 负责检查员工工作安排/技能培训/能力提升 Comply with the company's information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information. 遵守公司信息安全管理规定,对公司信息保密,不泄露,保证信息的安全。 Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time. 配合公司需要,随时承担上级委派的其他任务。 任职要求: Bachelor degree or above,Mechanical or related major 机械或相关专业本科或以上学历; Five years of customer communication and cooperation experience in the automotive industry. 五年汽车行业客户沟通与合作经验; Understand and be able to apply VDA6.3&VDA6.5 with help 了解并能在帮助下应用VDA6.3&VDA6.5; Practical skills in the application of the five core tools in the automotive industry

汽车行业应用五大核心工具的实际技能; 8D, A3, return-to-zero analysis capability 8D、A3、归零分析的能力; Basic operating skills of computer office software(Excel、Word、PPT、SAP); 具备电脑的办公软件的基础操作技能(Excel、Word、PPT、SAP等); Practical skills in applying quality techniques. 应用质量技术的实际技能; Practical skills in using internal audit methods. 使用内部审核方法的实际技能; Good attitude, work carefully and carefully 态度良好,工作认真细致; Problem reporting and handling capabilities. 问题报告和处理能力;
