We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to take part in Hyundai Motor Türkiye located in İzmit/Kocaeli;
Division: Quality
Department: Quality Assurance
We want you to:
- Analysis & follow up Europe & Domestic field claims
- Joint investigation with suppliers for part r/cause analysis & improvements
- Prepares various reports about quality issues, test and improvement studies
- Makes the necessary interventions to solve technical problems
- Follows up corrective & preventive activities
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports
- Regularly supplier visit & actions confirmation
You will also need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or in related fields
- At least 2 years of QA/QC experience
- Experience in automotive sector is a plus & Knowledge of IATF 16949
- Having knowledge and experience with Trim Part Group (Injection process knowledge is a plus), Quality Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA etc.), CATIA and GD&T
- Excellent command of both written & spoken English
- Excellent command of MS Office programs
- Analytic thinking & ability to analysis of complex problems
- Team player, self-motivated and analytical minded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
