Your responsibilities and responsibilities
▪ Daily contact with our customers
▪ Handling and follow-up of customer complaints, feedback to the customer
▪ Conveying customer-specific requirements to the factory
▪ Proposing action plans and remedial measures
▪ Problem Solver – 8D Team Coordination
▪ Organization of external and internal sorting in case of discrepancies/non-conformities
▪ Assistance in customer and certification audits
▪ Initiating new measures based on audit results
▪ Preparation, control and up-to-date keeping of quality documentation / statistics / reports
Your skills and strengths
▪ Degree in engineering (technical field)
▪ 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, quality assurance or engineering in the automotive industry
▪ Fluent English language skills
▪ Knowledge of quality standards; Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3
▪ Knowledge of automotive quality techniques (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, etc.)
▪ Analytical and problem-solving mindset
▪ Initiative
▪ Microsoft Office user-level knowledge
▪ Willingness to travel
