We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to join a long-term project in Malta.
The role will focus on solving complex customer and internal quality issues using structured, data-driven methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead advanced problem-solving and 8D investigations
- Apply DMAIC, REDX, DOE, and statistical analysis
- Identify and validate root causes and corrective actions
- Reduce customer PPM, warranty returns, and COPQ
- Perform failure analysis and improve product and process robustness
Required Profile:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in automotive electronics or complex manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of DMAIC, REDX, DOE, and statistical methods
- Experience with Minitab or equivalent tools
- Six Sigma Black Belt or REDX certification is highly valued
- Professional English is mandatory
- EU citizenship or existing authorisation to work in Malta — no visa sponsorship available
Condition
- Malta; fully on-site
- Direct, permanent employment contract
- €28,000 ~ €42,000 gross/year, depending on experience depending on relevant experience, technical expertise and certifications
