For our client – an international manufacturing company based in the Lombardy region, in Italy, we are looking for a Customer Quality Representative.
Main tasks:
Addressing customer issues promptly to ensure their satisfaction and to build an environment based on mutual trust
Collecting and organizing documentation related to each claim to comprehensively summarize the problem encountered by customers
Managing, if necessary, actions to “block” stock in all locations to prevent further claims
Handling the receipt of returns resulting from claims
Coordinating the necessary company functions as needed, focusing on root cause analysis, identification of corrective actions, and preparation of the action plan
Being responsible for the preparation of all documents required for customer claim management (8D report, capability studies, etc.) within the timelines defined by company procedures
Coordinating with the Quality Manager to discuss and propose solutions to resolve quality issues raised by customers
Managing and coordinating customer audits and their follow-up
Being responsible for updating the quality databases for internal reporting
Visiting customer facilities to understand the impact of the company product quality in customer applications
Collecting and analyzing periodic customer evaluations and managing the related improvement plan
Requirements:
Degree in scientific subjects, a degree in engineering will be considered a plus
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of root cause analysis methods (Ishikawa, 5 Why, etc.)
Familiarity with control plans and tools such as: FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP
Experience with management of REACH and ROHS documentation
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Proficient PC user (MS Office, knowledge of SAP is considered a plus)
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preference for team working
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Information about salary:
3.300 EUR (gross) / month
