Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Quality Control Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail regarding landscape maintenance practices and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Duties
– Inspect maintenance jobs on a regular basis to maintain excellent quality and customer satisfaction
– Communicate any quality issues to maintenance manager and instruct foreman on how best to remedy the issue
– Communicate any changes in schedule or crew and any other pertinent information from the maintenance department to the customers
– Monitors proper safety protocols and assists in reporting any accidents and / or incidents to maintenance manager
– Monitors irrigation settings on properties and is able to identify, troubleshoot and provide a detailed report on possible irrigation issues
– Responsible for crew training and performance – Oversees preparation of vehicles / trailers and equipment at end and / or beginning of workday for prompt readiness – Familiarize customer’s expectations and company standard of service
– Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved satisfactorily
Requirements
– Dependable, self-starter and detail oriented- Organizational skills to prioritize workload – Professional skills and behavior to provide high quality customer service- Identify, distinguish and provide treatment plan for pests and diseases- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities – Interpersonal and electronic communication skills – Work in the field, on the job and hands on – Physical abilities include but are not limited to walking daily for extended periods of time, lifting and carrying heavy objects up to 50lbs. in Texas weather conditions – Valid and current Texas Driver’s License and maintain a good record

Pay: $850.00 – $965.00 per week
