Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Graduates with minimum 1 year of experience with International voice process
Age: 18 to 45 years
Communication: Must have excellent spoken English skills
Shift & Availability: o Willing to work in night shifts (24/7 rotational shifts)
Must be comfortable with 2 rotational weekly offs
Location Preference: Pune
Salary Range: 30,000 to 40,000 per month (based on profile and experience)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers
Should have experience with International voice process.
Provide accurate information and support related to products or services
Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain call quality standards and follow company protocols
Update customer records accurately in the system
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues if required
Adhere to shift schedules and maintain regular attendance
