Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the performance of call center agents and ensure achievement of KPIs
Train and guide the team to maintain service quality
Handle escalations and complaints efficiently
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, preferably in a supervisory role
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in using call center management systems
Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is a must
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
