Role Overview

As a Client Success Manager, you are the primary guardian of the client journey and the master of project timelines. You will lead the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns for leading FMCG and international brands (e.g., L'Oreal, Unilever, Colgate). This is a high-visibility role requiring a "Project Manager" heart, obsessed with deadlines and KPIs, and a "Consultant" mindset, able to provide high-level service and strategic reassurance to global stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Success & Strategic Liaison

  • High-Touch Communication: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for global brand managers, providing proactive updates and data-backed solutions with a high level of professional service.
  • Strategic Onboarding: Translate client briefs into structured campaign frameworks, custom rating criteria, and performance "claims" that align with their research goals.
  • Reporting & Insights: Produce comprehensive post-campaign reports that demonstrate value and provide creative benchmarks for future client investment.

Rigorous Project & Timeline Management

  • Timeline Ownership: Design and manage the end-to-end campaign schedule, ensuring every milestone, from recruitment to review collection, is met with precision.
  • Operational Control: Maintain absolute mastery of ClickUp (or similar tools) to provide full transparency of project stages to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner closely with the Campaign Lead and Acquisition Manager to resolve difficult recruitment scenarios, proactively adjusting strategies before they impact the timeline.

Content & Technical Briefing

  • Creative Coordination: Draft functional briefs for social amplification assets and video storyboards, managing the feedback loop between clients and external designers to ensure brand standards.
  • Messaging Strategy: Direct the strategic tone of campaign copy and localized instructions to ensure maximum user engagement across diverse markets.

Your Profile

  • You have a solid foundation in a Digital Agency or Market Research environment. You understand the "agency pace" and the importance of data integrity.
  • You are naturally organized, process-driven, and consider project management tools like ClickUp to be your "source of truth."
  • You have extensive experience in client-facing roles and know how to manage expectations with diplomacy, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Client Success, specifically within a Digital Agency or Market Research environment.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end project timelines and milestones with absolute mastery of ClickUp (or similar PM tools) and Google Suite.
  • Extensive experience in high-level client-facing roles, with the ability to manage global stakeholders with diplomacy and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance metrics and proactively solve recruitment challenges.
  • Ability to work with creative teams to brief assets, provide feedback, and optimize messaging for user engagement.
  • Proficiency in using Generative AI to streamline content frameworks, drafting, and proactive client communications.
  • Degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in a regional language (Tagalog, Cantonese, Bahasa, Thai, or Vietnamese) is highly valued.
  • An entrepreneurial, agile mindset with a "hands-on" approach, ready to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
