Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage a team of Thai-speaking agents within our BPO operation. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the BPO industry, with hands-on experience in managing customer service or telesales teams. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and people management skills to drive team performance and deliver exceptional service results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Thai-speaking customer service or telesales agents.
Ensure team targets and KPIs are met consistently.
Monitor call quality, service levels, and overall team performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and process improvements.
Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the BPO industry, especially in managing Thai-speaking agent teams.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role in Customer Service or Telesales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
