The Role
• Collaborate with Inbound and Outbound operations teams to provide data and analytical support.
• Contribute to ACES initiatives and perform root cause investigations of defects.
• Ensure compliance with Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA)-related Sarbanes-Oxley (SoX) requirements.
• Support operational leaders and associates in achieving strong operational results within fulfillment centers.
• Assist in maintaining expert-level knowledge in production departments and evaluating processes.
• Communicate instructions to associates, motivate teams, and ensure work area safety.
What You'll Need
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including overtime, and a flexible schedule with potential weekend, night, or holiday shifts.
