About The Role
The Healthcare Data Analyst at Comagine Health plays a pivotal role in supporting healthcare improvement initiatives through data-driven insights. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting healthcare data to inform decision-making processes. This role involves developing meaningful reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate complex data insights clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field such as Data Science, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Statistics, or related disciplines
- Master's degree (MA/MS) preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or related fields
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
