About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing data-driven team. In this role, you will help transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, build dashboards, improve reporting processes, and uncover opportunities for optimization and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand business goals and analytical needs.
- Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and investigate anomalies or inconsistencies.
- Support data modeling and reporting infrastructure initiatives.
- Develop and maintain data quality assurance processes.
- Work with data engineers to improve data pipelines and storage solutions.
- Recommend data-driven improvements and optimization opportunities.
- Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as:
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- R
- Tableau
- Solid understanding of statistical methods including:
- Hypothesis testing
- Regression analysis
- Clustering
- Experience in data cleaning, wrangling, and preparation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, or text mining.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Knowledge of data governance and data privacy principles.
- Experience using tools like Alteryx or Knime.
- Familiarity with visualization libraries such as Plotly or D3.js.
- Understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts.
