Role Responsibilities
- Write, review, and rank AI-generated responses on various topics and tasks to ensure quality and relevance.
- Utilize comprehensive evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy, clarity, helpfulness, and safety of AI outputs.
- Leverage tools like GPT and ChatGPT to conduct research, draft content, and annotate data effectively.
- Identify edge cases, errors, and potential failure scenarios in AI responses, documenting findings with detailed notes.
- Collaborate with the customer's team to ensure continuous improvement of AI models based on feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving best practices in AI training and quality assurance to enhance model performance.
Requirements
- A Bachelor s degree or higher in any field is required.
- Have experience using AI tools on a daily basis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, are essential.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical abilities are necessary for success in this role.
