The Data Entry Clerk’s contributions directly support other departments and help ensure that our services and functions run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Input data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.

Review data for errors and rectify any issues found.

Organize and maintain data files, both physical and digital.

Ensure all data entries meet established quality standards.

Communicate with different departments to obtain necessary data.

Update existing data and remove outdated information.

Assist with data retrieval and reporting as needed.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Respond to data inquiries from other team members.

Participate in training sessions to enhance data entry processes.

Implement best practices for data management.

Support the team in meeting project deadlines relating to data input.

Prepare documents and reports based on data analysis.

Ensure consistent application of company policies in all data entry tasks.

Provide feedback on potential process improvements.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Proven experience in data entry or related field.

Strong typing skills with an emphasis on accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

Familiarity with data management software.

Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

Diligent attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
