TechnoGen is looking for talented Monte Carlo Data Quality Analysts/Sr. Analysts to join our team full-time! If you’re passionate about data observability, data integrity, and quality frameworks—this is your chance to work with industry leaders and cutting-edge technology.
What You’ll Do
✅ Build and implement data quality solutions using Monte Carlo
✅ Perform data profiling and establish lineage across systems
✅ Conduct data quality assessments and resolve anomalies
✅ Develop and enforce data quality standards & metrics
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive DQ best practices
✅ Present findings with data quality dashboards and reports
✅ What You Bring
6–10 years of hands-on experience in data quality/observability
Strong expertise in Monte Carlo DQ platform
Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake, Azure, or similar cloud platforms
Familiarity with data quality dimensions (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, etc.)
Experience with DQ/governance tools like Informatica CDQ, Anomalo, Great Expectations is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
