Pay: Up to $65/hour
Job Summary
Pride Health is seeking a skilled Data Quality Analyst / Claims Service Correspondent for a contract opportunity in New York, NY. This role focuses on data validation, claims inquiry resolution, and quality assurance, supporting healthcare operations and ensuring accurate claims processing and data integrity.
Responsibilities
• Respond to provider claim inquiries and ensure timely resolution
• Review, validate, and maintain accuracy of healthcare data
• Perform claims adjustments for overpayments and underpayments
• Collaborate with internal teams (Provider Relations, Medical Management, Claims)
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in IMAX systems
• Analyze datasets to identify discrepancies and improve data quality
• Support quality control processes for data reporting and analytics
• Track and manage inquiry resolution workflows
• Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements
• Communicate effectively with providers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
• Strong experience in claims processing and healthcare operations
• Knowledge of MetroPlus claims guidelines and benefit structures
• Experience with IMAX and TXEN systems
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume inquiries and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R
• Background in data quality, analytics, or reporting
• Strong customer service and issue resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and handle complex workflows
