Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate operational RCMP files for accuracy
• Ensure destruction dates align with retention periods
• Validate statistical scoring as per Canadian Justice Statistics
• Produce and present RCMP statistics bi-annually
• Provide specialized training and support to staff
Requirements:
• 5 years of relevant work experience and specialized training
• PROS and Record Manager Certification
• Strong attention to detail in high-pressure environments
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and RCMP systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise mature judgment
Support data integrity while enhancing the effectiveness of RCMP operations.
