About the Role

We are seeking a Data Quality Manager to lead our Data Quality team in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our data across multiple workstreams. This individual will oversee a team of specialists responsible for transforming and validating data inputs that support our platform’s insights and content delivery. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high standards of quality, process efficiency, and team development in a dynamic, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Lead and coach a team of Data Quality Specialists to deliver timely, accurate results

Promote team cohesion and accountability through structured meetings and performance check-ins

Foster a culture of learning, attention to detail, and continuous improvement

Quality Oversight

Oversee data validation and content accuracy to ensure end-user usability and consistency

Monitor quality processes and refine workflows to reduce errors and enhance efficiency

Review escalations and feedback to identify and address trends in data issues

Training & Enablement

Provide onboarding and ongoing training in internal standards and tools

Develop resources and best practices that support productivity and quality

Serve as a point of escalation for complex or nuanced review cases

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on data and content quality goals

Contribute to process enhancements that improve delivery timelines and customer outcomes

Reporting & Analysis

Track and report on key quality indicators, team metrics, and operational progress

Recommend data-driven adjustments to improve results and team performance

Support leadership with insights into trends, gaps, and emerging needs

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams in an operations, QA, or data-related role

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Comfortable with digital tools, remote collaboration platforms, and workflow systems

Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a mission-driven, service-oriented field is a plus

Familiarity with senior living, healthcare, or data operations is helpful but not required
