About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join Müllers Solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our clients’ needs and our technical teams, ensuring that project deliverables align with business objectives. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role is preferred. Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and project management methodologies is essential. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation tools such as Visio or similar software is required. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to project challenges.
Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Conducting detailed analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for technology solutions.
- Developing process models, use cases, and user stories to communicate requirements effectively.
- Facilitating communication between technical teams, project managers, and clients to ensure alignment.
- Supporting the design, development, and testing of solutions to meet specified requirements.
- Participating in project planning, risk assessment, and quality assurance activities.
- Providing ongoing support and training to end-users during and after implementation.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
