PIT Trainer (Contract 6–8 Weeks)
Train and certify ~40 warehouse operators in a hands‑on, safety‑focused role. This position is fully floor‑based—working directly with trainees to build skills, confidence, and OSHA‑compliant performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands‑on PIT training (no classroom)
- Coach operators in real‑time on equipment use
- Evaluate and certify per OSHA
- Reinforce safety and track training progress
Requirements
- 3–4+ years PIT experience
- Training or coaching background
- OSHA PIT certification
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Equipment
Forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks

Pay Details:
Pay Details: $23.90 per hour
