Role Description and Responsibilities:
In charge of the projects “Delivery and Quality” at Saudi Aramco.
Projects executed by our own team and internal partners: Managing our own
team and internal partners and making sure they are working for the benefit of Al-Bilad Arabia
and giving the best quality services to our clients.
Ensure project team members focus only on discussing technical related matters with
the customer while Delivery/QA Manager takes the lead in discussing all other
matters with the customer.
PMO: Ensure that all projects executed follow a certain quality standards in order to
develop a qualified and professional project execution plan.
Manage the relationship with the client (from A to Z) after the project is awarded to us
Responsible for executive leadership communication plus attend Steering committee
(management) meetings with our clients.
Management of delivery of a successful SAP program to clients including
responsibility to schedule management meetings, issues management if any plus delivery execution with the project managers.
Responsible for overall projects tracking, issues and risk management with the
project managers in order to achieve successful and quality project execution within
the budget and set time lines.
Managing all the technical and functional SAP resources (and the project managers)
to deliver successful end to end solutions to the customer satisfaction.
Identifying project risks (with project managers) and develop risk mitigation plans.
Present to the Al-Bilad Arabia management executive summaries of project status updates once
a week.
Extend all possible support to the account executives.
At the pre-bidding stage, involvement in approving any technical proposal to our
clients (or CVs)
Involve in screening and short listing consultants (expats and Saudis) for our
won/awarded projects.
Coordinate with the internal partners for mobilization of the consultants.
Coordinate with our recruiter for mobilization of the consultants.
Organize and lead the kick-off meetings for new awarded projects.
Arrange periodical visits to the customers’ sites and make sure the client is satisfied
with our deliverables.
Meet with the consultants periodically (become their SPOC) and make sure they are fully concentrated on the project they are assigned to.
Secure client approval and sign offs on deliverables in order to raise our invoices.
Involvement in accounts outside Saudi Aramco to support (pre-sales and delivery) as and when needed
Carry out any other activities assigned by the ITD.
Report to the IT Director & VP.
