Job Description
Manage and organize the delivery to be made to customers/client in right quantity and specification
Being thoroughly informed with orders, stock availability, lead a hands-on and timely efficient delivery along with smooth customer service
Smooth alignment and relationship with Operations, Store management, Supply Chain, Transportation Vendors, HO, Buyers, Field Sales aid Delivery team If needed
To verify daily fuel costing and transactions and to further ensure the proper documentations pertaining to it
To update the KPIs on daily basis
To handle and coordinate customer complaints regarding delivery issues
To acquire customer feedback on periodical basis.
To coordinate with head office regarding fuel expenses, KPIs, fixed costing, third party vehicle expenses etc.
Perform competitors promotions check to give ongoing feedback on
Liaison with internal audit & QA department to conduct audit.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external service providers.
Suggest a way & means to improve efficiency and reduce operating cost.
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Execute, communicate and supervise trade processes and procedures.
Ensure implementation of logistics Standard Operating Procedures.
Manage optimum stock positions in accordance with daily sales
Qualifications
Bachelors or Intermediate with 6-8 years of experience
