AHS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Design Execution
Quality Assurance
Officer to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will ensure all design processes meet our quality standards during the execution phase of luxury real estate projects. Your expertise will help identify design flaws and implement
quality control
measures to improve project outcomes.
Responsibilities Conduct quality reviews of design documentation, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to establish quality benchmarks and monitoring processes.
Perform regular audits and inspections during the design execution phase to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.
Assist in developing and implementing
quality assurance
plans and procedures for design execution.
Document and report design quality issues, providing solutions and corrective actions.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops on
quality assurance
practices and standards.
Maintain detailed records of
quality assurance
activities, including inspection reports and checklists.
Stay informed about best practices and advancements in design
quality assurance
methodologies.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design Management, or related field.
Proven experience in
quality assurance
or control within design execution (3-5 years preferred).Strong knowledge of architectural and engineering design principles and standards.
Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills
with keen
attention to detail

Effective communication
skills for interacting with

teams.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in design software and quality management tools.
Familiarity with industry codes and regulations is advantageous.
