Position Summary: Storee is hiring a System Testing Specialist to support our custom field dashboard system’s testing and quality assurance efforts. This position provides hands-on experience with software testing in a dynamic, collaborative environment, working closely with product and development teams to ensure our system meets the highest standards for functionality and user experience. Our tech stack includes .NET 4 (migrating to .NET 8), SQL, Azure, and React, giving you valuable exposure to current technologies and processes.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Conduct user testing and regression testing to validate the dashboard system’s functionality, performance, and reliability.
Identify, document, and report bugs and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
Develop and maintain test cases and documentation to support continuous improvement of testing processes.
Contribute to the development of testing standards and quality benchmarks for future testing initiatives.
Work with stakeholders and team members to refine and improve testing methodologies as our tech stack evolves.
Qualifications
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying issues and ensuring quality standards are met.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
Communication Skills: Able to document findings clearly and work well within a team environment.
Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of software testing tools and frameworks; experience or interest in SQL, Azure, .NET, and React is a plus.
Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Eagerness to learn and collaborate effectively.
Education and/or Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with SQL and Azure technologies.
Prior exposure to software testing methodologies, tools, or programming languages such as C# and .NET is beneficial.
